The Audit Committee of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) Board of Directors will meet Thursday, April 9, via teleconference.
The committee is scheduled to meet from 8:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. to discuss proposals for audit and tax services. The committee’s responsibilities include assisting the board in fulfilling its responsibilities regarding the integrity of the EDPNC’s financial statements and other financial reporting.
