CARY, N.C. ― The Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) Board of Directors will hold a special meeting from 3 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 1, via teleconference.
The board will provide a teleconference line for the public at EDPNC headquarters in Cary for access to any open portion of the meeting. The Cary offices are located at 15000 Weston Parkway.
The purpose of this special meeting is to consider approval of a renewal contract with the N.C. Department of Commerce and amendment of the EDPNC’s bylaws consistent therewith.
The board is scheduled to meet in open session and then convene in closed session.
