The Rural Working Group of the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina (EDPNC) Board of Directors will meet from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m Wednesday, June 13, instead of the originally scheduled 10 a.m.-11 a.m. at EDPNC headquarters in Cary, North Carolina.

The Rural Working Group is an ad hoc group of EDPNC board members and staff created to advise the Board of Directors on potential activities the EDPNC can undertake to expand its existing work supporting economic development in rural North Carolina.

EDPNC offices are located at 15000 Weston Parkway in Cary.

The EDPNC focuses on recruiting new businesses to the state, supporting the needs of existing businesses, connecting North Carolina exporters with customers, helping small business owners get their start and attracting tourists and visitors from around the world. In pursuit of sustainable job creation and investment in North Carolina, the EDPNC works closely with public- and private-sector partners at the state, regional and local levels.
