Russ Racine is a registered patent attorney and represents clients in all aspects of intellectual property focussing primarily on litigation. He litigates cases related to patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade dress, and trade secrets. Russ routinely counsels clients on how best to obtain trademark registrations, domestically and internationally, and how to deal with other parties who are infringing or about to infringe his client’s intellectual property.
Charlie Raphun
Charlie Raphun is a commercial and technology law attorney, with over 25 years of experience in the technology industry. He provides transactional services and pragmatic counsel to businesses for implementing compliance programs, managing intellectual property portfolios and developing risk management systems. He is registered to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and is also a North Carolina CPA.
