Southeastern US-Canadian Provinces (SEUS-CP)

August 4-6
Biloxi, MS

The Southeastern United States – Canadian Provinces (SEUS-CP) alliance was established in 2007 to formally advance a common interest in enhancing economic ties between the two regions. The alliance is a strategic trade and investment-focused partnership between six southeastern states and six provinces.

Procurement managers from organizations in the ocean technology and advanced manufacturing sectors will attend SEUS-CP seeking new suppliers. Small and medium-sized manufacturers, distributors, technology and professional service providers should attend the business forum and take part in the robust B2B matchmaking program to meet directly with potential partners and procurement managers.

This year’s business forum focuses on Advanced Manufacturing and the Blue Economy, which includes a range of ocean technologies and related industries, from shipbuilding to sea-space systems and ocean sensors to energy efficient materials, that address the sustainable use of ocean resources. Both Advanced Manufacturing and Blue Economy industries form a significant part of SEUSCP economies, providing the basis for economic growth, improved livelihoods, and jobs.

Key topics for this year’s business forum include Artificial Intelligence in the Blue Economy, Advanced Manufacturing, and meeting today’s labor market requirements. Registered attendees may schedule B2B meetings with anchor companies and with other attendees.
