Udai Panicker, Country Manager for Tractus Asia Consulting

Udai returned to Tractus Asia in 2018 as the Country Manager for Singapore after having spent four years earlier with Tractus in India (2011-2015). He brings with him a blend of consulting, tech start-up and B2B enterprise sales experience and has advised Tractus clients from across the firms’ service lines of strategy and execution, corporate finance, and economic development. He graduated from Mount Allison University, Canada, in 2007, with a Bachelors in Commerce and his interest in international commercial law and technology saw him complete his Masters in Law (Commercial Law and IP) from the University of Nottingham in 2010. Udai has led key economic development accounts for both trade and FDI attraction for clients such as The States of Maryland, Minnesota, and North Carolina and Tasmania (Australia) among several others and has planned and executed 15+ missions to Asia including Governor level missions.

Pei Wen Ng, Senior Analyst for Tractus Asia Consulting

Pei Wen joined Tractus Asia in June 2022 as a Research Analyst in Singapore. Her area of expertise includes market research and analysis. She has assisted in the execution of B2B matchmaking and distributor searches for clients of different industries, for Tractus’ economics development clients. Pei Wen graduated from Singapore Management University with a Bachelors in Science (Real Estate Economics), and Finance (Wealth Management). She speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She has worked on various trade/export promotion projects during her time at Tractus for clients such as the Economic Development Partnership of North Carolina, State of Maryland and was also a key member of Tractus’ team for Tasmania in 2022. Prior to joining Tractus, Pei Wen spent most of her time focusing on her entrepreneurship journey, where she ventured into the motor vehicle industry and ran a traditional vehicle detailing shop, as well a startup focused on proprietary pricing model using algorithm built from vehicle transaction prices.
