US/Mexico Networking Reception @ HPMKT

In light of the pandemic’s deep disruption of global supply chains, the North Carolina Furniture Export Office in partnership with the Appalachian Hardwood Manufacturers, Inc., and the North Carolina Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services is working to connect North Carolina companies to potential domestic and international suppliers from Mexico/Latin America. On Saturday, October 16, 2021, from 5-7 PM a networking reception will be held at High Point Market’s The Point, located on Commerce Avenue, just a block from the Transportation Terminal. We would welcome the opportunity to have you join but are asking for an RSVP.

This reception will be a channel for high-level interactions between businesses from North Carolina and Mexico. It will serve as a way to strengthen and develop relationships between existing and potential business partners. This two-hour, come-when-you-can reception will target Mexican manufacturers interested in supply chain partnerships, but will also provide North Carolina manufacturers the chance to better understand opportunities for partnerships with these manufacturers (sourcing products, adding lines, etc.). Attendees will include buyers, representatives, and wholesalers seeking high-quality products for distribution and sale in U.S. and throughout Mexico.
