The EDPNC hosted a special Investor Relations webinar featuring Tom Barkin, President of the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, one of 12 district branches that make up the Federal Reserve System. The Richmond district includes North Carolina, as well as Maryland, South Carolina, most of West Virginia, Virginia, and Washington DC.
In addition to his work helping strengthen the economy and communities in the Richmond District, President Barkin also serves as a member of the Federal Open Market Committee (FOMC) responsible for national monetary policy.
During this webinar, you will hear a brief presentation from President Barkin on notable trends and perspectives on the Covid-19 economic recovery, as well as insights from the FOMC’s September meeting.
